The system automatically sends status messages to the people responsible for the dispensing system’s operation, e.g.:
- low goods
- wrong dispensing
- unauthorised door opening
error messages are sent by the system, including a photo from the internal space from which the cause can usually be identified
ADVANCED REPORTS
you receive everything you need to know
- the system sends automatically processed and clear reports on dispensing, replenishment or current status of goods to competent personnel (both internal and external employees) to the specified emails at adjustable intervals
- it’s possible to work with data further and create imports from them, e.g., for ERP systems
